ARE YOU TRULY SAVED??

posted by John3:3

First of all we must ask ourselves,do we know within ourselves about true repentance?Do you realise that standing in front of God without the blood of Jesus as your umbrella so to speak, you look like a filthy disgusting greasy garment? And do you also know that the Lord cannot look upon sin? When you confessed your sins before the Lord when you were asking him for Salvation, did u look at yourself through the eyes of God?Let’s put it this way,if you had a beautiful white gown and someone dragged it through grease and mud and then wanted you to wear it to show the world this was your’s,would you want to wear this disgusting thing? The answer of course would be no.We must truly repent, that means knowing your sins you have committed, and really really being so very sorry for all of them equally. For not one sin is worse than the other, they are all equally bad in God’s eyes.To commit one sin that we have not asked forgiveness for,is to be condemned. When asking Jesus Christ into your heart and to cleanse you of your sin did you mumble an apology? Or did you ask him for every sin you could name that you have committed,to be forgiven? Now some of u probably are saying sister are you nut’s? There is no way I remember even half my sin’s! Well it took me almost three weeks personally to ask forgiveness for every sin I could remember committing. My initial Prayer was looking at the sin’s I did remember committing and crying my heart out for those very sin’s,and asking his forgiveness.By doing my very best to put myself in God’s place looking at me, this sin filled greasy filthy rag that I was,and once I realised just how disgusting I looked in the eyes of Our Precious, Perfect ,and Glorious Father,I suddenly saw how worthy I was of hell. The blinder’s came off and I now saw the world through the eyes of my Father and my Savior.I called the holy spirit into my own soul and asked to be freed from the bondage I did not know I had been in.I turned the tv on a few hours later, and suddenly saw through my new spiritual eyes, the sin that permeates that evil tool.Every commercial, every show, even Disney shows, are laden with sin.I realised that now I truly had accepted this beautiful free gift.I was truly freed from the bondage of sin.

Have you brother, and sister truly repented?Have you been given new eyes? Have you been given new ears?Do you study your bible as often as is possible to learn everything you can about your precious Father/Savior/Holy Spirit?
“Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, IF so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwelleth in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, NOT TO THE FLESH, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, THEY are the sons of God.” (Rom 8:7-14)

“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, ALL things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us; we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God.” (II Cor 5:17-20)
Know ye not that the unrighteous shall NOT inherit the kingdom of God? Be NOT deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor coveteous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you: but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.” (I Cor 6:9-11)

Now, we know that sins of the flesh separates us from the Father and prevents us from truly receiving the gift of reconciliation if indeed we are unrepented, but there are also sins of the heart that are equally as dangerous if not more so, and this to must be addressed. I plead with any professing believer reading this message today that if you have unforgiveness in your heart this day towards ANYONE, to repent quickly and forgive them of their wrong towards you for if you choose NOT to, you will not spend eternity with The Father. Here’s why, The Word of God declares: “And when ye stand praying, FORGIVE, if ye have ought against ANY: that your Father also which is in heaven may FORGIVE YOU your trespasses. But if ye do NOT forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive YOU your trespasses.” (Mark 11:25-26) and again “For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if ye forgive NOT men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive YOUR trespasses.” (Matt 6:14-15) and yet again “Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: FORGIVE, and ye shall be forgiven.” (Luke 6:37)The most compelling reason God want’s us to forgive is not for the person we are forgiving, but to free ourselves of the very hatred and vengeance seeking thoughts that unforgiveness brings us to.“So LIKEWISE shall my heavenly Father do ALSO UNTO YOU, if ye FROM YOUR HEARTS forgive NOT EVERYONE his brother their trespasses.” (Matt 18:35) His commandment is to FORGIVE if we desire forgiveness from Him. Remember the words of our Lord: “Not everyone that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of Heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. MANY will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I NEVER KNEW YOU, DEPART FROM ME, YE THAT WORK INIQUITY.” (Matt 7:21-23)
Now, we know that salvation cannot be earned but is a gift received by Faith through REPENTANCE of sins, confession and belief on the Lord Jesus. We know that there is no other way to be reconciled to The Father except by going through The Son. We know that Yeshua took the weight of our sins to the cross, thus when we come to him in total repentance, His blood cleanses us from all our sin and reconciles us back to our Father who forgives us because of the sacrifice of His Son. Thus when he sees us, he no longer sees the sin that ONCE HAD us bound while we were servants to our flesh and the world, but He sees the righteousness of His Son!

There is no such thing as walking in the world and in the Lord. You cannot have a tiny piece of you still in the world.for we are not of the world once we have called the spirit to dwell in us.
We must be a workman who rightly divides the Word and is not at any time ashamed of speaking it’s truth, whether or not it may offend anyone.
“The Scripture says, No man who believes in Him shall be ashamed.Rom.10:11.
Another way to know you are truly saved is You will not be able to live with the feeling of disappointing Him. You will want to share your knowledge/Love of him with everyone around you.
Friends, have you ever (after being born again) hidden anything like your bible or pictures of the Lord or anything of the Lord from some friends or family that have come to visit? If you have then I suggest to you reexamine your salvation.
I leave you with some very important scriptures.
John 17:11And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. You see he wants us truly for his names sake to be one with him and with one another. This verse makes it no secret that God chose us first, He gave us to His Son Christ. And it’s something else to realize that once God calls us to salvation, we are never lost. He has His hand on us through every hardship and dispairing pain we will ever go through.
John17:13And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. When we accept him rightly ,fully, with all our heart’s and complete true repentance, He fills us with JOY.Joy the likes of which you never knew was possible.
John17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.Praise his Holy Name!!!The world hates us.SO WHAT??? I would rather know I have eternity with my Lord. John17:22And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:Are you one with the Lord? If you are not sure then I pray brother’s and sister’s for you that you might find true salvation. When Christ sets up residency inside of you, you will no longer be able to live in this world as you once did. He will call you to study and fellowship on a deeper level. This will bring about your obedience to please Him and not yourself. People may even notice that you are not yourself anymore. This will be great cause for rejoicing!
Never ever be ashamed of Jesus so that he will not be ashamed to present you to his father.“Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.” [Mar 8:38]
There is really nothing to look forward to on this earth. As the days, months ,and years progress, things will get worse and worse and worse.Do not pin your hopes on this world and it cleaning itself up.The scriptures tell us things will progressively worsen. He want’s us to know him fully and completely. He wants us to find perfect approval in his father’s eyes. The only way to find perfect approval is to truly hand him the reins, humble yourself, knowing you are nothing with out Jesus Christs blood covering your sins.
Lastly ask yourself, have you changed? Does everyone who knows you say wow you have seriously changed? If no one can tell that you have changed, then reexamine your salvation.
Remember God does not read inaccurately your heart. He knows your heart better than you yourself do.Keep the Lord in your heart always putting him first, and you cannot go wrong.
I hope to have helped you to know if you are truly saved.
Love in Christ,Tammy

Israel Watch Begins

posted by John3:3

Israel Watch Begins

Modern Israel stands alone as the primary signal of where this generation stands on God’s Prophetic Timeline. All news cameras and microphones turn to this tiny nation, regardless of where they have previously been focused, whenever the Jewish state appears on the radar of Mid-East hostilities. It is the one place on earth considered to be the most likely trigger point for war that might swiftly lead to the long feared end of the world conflict called Armageddon.

Zechariah the prophet foretold that Jerusalem and Israel would become a cup of trembling, and a burdensome stone to the whole world at the very end of days. In that sense, the tiny nation is certainly in the process of fulfilling its prophetic destiny.

In these crucial times Israel must be observed carefully on a minute-by-minute basis in order to gauge how near this generation is to the hour of apocalypse–the time of Tribulation.

The words of Jesus: “What I say unto one, I say unto all. Watch.” (Mark 13:37 and “When you see all these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your head, for your redemption draweth nigh.” (Luke 21: 28)

The entire chapter of Luke 21 is all about the end of times, and the coming of Jesus to rescue those who truly are for his names sake.Just as the entire book of Isaiah is all about Isreal’s future, with a little of the past thrown in.

Isaiah 9:8-21
8 The Lord has spoken out against Jacob;
his judgment has fallen upon Israel.
9 And the people of Israel[j] and Samaria,
who spoke with such pride and arrogance,
will soon know it.
10 They said, “We will replace the broken bricks of our ruins with finished stone,
and replant the felled sycamore-fig trees with cedars.”
11 But the Lord will bring Rezin’s enemies against Israel
and stir up all their foes.
12 The Syrians[k] from the east and the Philistines from the west
will bare their fangs and devour Israel.
But even then the Lord’s anger will not be satisfied.
His fist is still poised to strike.

13 For after all this punishment, the people will still not repent.
They will not seek the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
14 Therefore, in a single day the Lord will destroy both the head and the tail,
the noble palm branch and the lowly reed.
15 The leaders of Israel are the head,
and the lying prophets are the tail.
16 For the leaders of the people have misled them.
They have led them down the path of destruction.

Even Now we see America helping to lead to Isreal’s destruction.By their very insistence of Land for peace.

17 That is why the Lord takes no pleasure in the young men
and shows no mercy even to the widows and orphans.
For they are all wicked hypocrites,
and they all speak foolishness.
But even then the Lord’s anger will not be satisfied.
His fist is still poised to strike.

18 This wickedness is like a brushfire.
It burns not only briers and thorns
but also sets the forests ablaze.
Its burning sends up clouds of smoke.
19 The land will be blackened
by the fury of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.
The people will be fuel for the fire,
and no one will spare even his own brother.
20 They will attack their neighbor on the right
but will still be hungry.
They will devour their neighbor on the left
but will not be satisfied.
In the end they will even eat their own arm.[l]
21 Manasseh will feed on Ephraim,
Ephraim will feed on Manasseh,
and both will devour Judah.
But even then the Lord’s anger will not be satisfied.
His fist is still poised to strike.
(New Living Translation)

Isreal is the key to everything. So many people even within our own government are against Isreal. We should not be telling them to give up their land for peace.I mean look at the past result’s of giving up their land it has not calmed anyone,as a matter of fact it is seeming to anger the islamic world more and more.I always hear it is Isreal’s fault they brought this on themselves. When all’s I have seen of Isreal, is they want peace they want to live a normal life, they don’t want to fear every day of their lives. We hear on a constant basis that Isreal started trouble, well really I have always seen them as trying to defend themselves from the whordes who go after them.Every time some country or group of people attacks Isreal, and they come back at their foe’s, those very foes who started the trouble, cry to the media look at what Isreal is doing to us,well sorry world I see that you bring trouble to them and then can’t handle the response. It makes me sick to see the islamic world act like spoiled children, who go make trouble they can’t handle then cry to the Media.
Forgive me if i am wrong ,but when Isreal won her right to be a nation of their own,and then won the war of 67,did this not then give them the land all of it?When a war is won to the victor go the spoils,I believe Isreal’s government is a bunch of weakling’s afraid of what the palisitinians and the islamic world at large will do to them.If the Lord is with you Isreal you have nothing to fear. You are not giving the Lord anything to stand on your side for,at the moment, by handing over your land’s your birthright that the Lord in Heaven himself set asside for his chosen people.Instead you will be torn apart from the inside to show you how wrong you were in giving any of this land over that Olmert has promised.I cannot imagine that they would want to even give a piece of Jerusalem over, but thats part of their agreement with palestine. My prayers are a constant for peace in Isreal, that means I am asking the Lord daily hurry Jesus come and rescue us and bring us home to be with you to our father’s house.
Love in Christ

How Do we Know Jesus is the True Messiah?

posted by John3:3

The word “Messiah” means “Anointed One,” the name given to the promised Deliverer who would some day come to the people of Israel as their great Savior and Redeemer, “anointed” as Prophet, Priest, and King by God Himself.

Some, of course, are still looking for the fulfillment of these Old Testament promises in the future, when the “Messiah” will come to establish a world kingdom of peace and justice centered around the chosen nation, Israel.

On the other hand, the group of Jewish believers who became the first founders of Christianity were convinced that Jesus of Nazareth was their promised Messiah. The name “Christ” is the Greek equivalent of “Messiah,” so that the name Jesus Christ really means “Jesus the Messiah,” or “Jesus the anointed.” They preached this truth with such conviction and power that not only many Jews but, later, a still greater host of Gentiles, believed on Jesus, both as the Christ and also as the Lord and Savior of all men.

And indeed they had good reason for such faith. The Old Testament Messianic prophecies were found to be uniquely fulfilled in the Lord Jesus Christ. There are hundreds of these prophecies, so that the possibility of their accidental convergence on any ordinary man is completely ruled out by the laws of probability.

Some of the prophecies are so framed, in fact, as to preclude their fulfillment by anyone living after the first century A.D. For example, the patriarch Jacob said, in Genesis 49:10, “The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come.” The name “Shiloh” is a title of the Messiah, and the prophecy states that Judah’s tribe would remain the chief tribe in Israel, in particular providing their kings, until Messiah would come. The prophecy must have been fulfilled prior to the destruction of Judah and Jerusalem in A.D. 70, by which time certainly all semblance of a scepter had departed from Judah.

Similarly the promise was given to King David that the Messiah should be one of his descendants, as the King eternal, the one of whom God said, “I will establish the throne of his kingdom for ever” (II Samuel 7:13). Isaiah said, “There shall come forth a rod out of the stem (literally ‘stump’) of Jesse (that is David’s father), and a Branch shall grow out of his roots” (Isaiah 11:1). This is another name of the Messiah, and indicates that, even after it would appear that the family tree of Jesse has been cut down, yet one Branch will grow out of the stump. Evidently the very last one who could be known to have come of this lineage would finally prove to be the promised Messiah!

This was fulfilled uniquely in Jesus. His foster father, Joseph, was in the royal line from David and thus held the legal right to the throne (Matthew 1:1-16). His mother, Mary, was also a descendant of David, as shown by her genealogy in Luke 3:23-31. But ever since the time of Jesus, it would be quite impossible to establish the legal or biological lineage of any pretender to David’s throne, as all the ancient genealogical records were destroyed soon after that.

An even more striking prophecy is given in Daniel 9:24-27. There Daniel was told explicitly that Messiah would come 69 “sabbaths” (that is, 69 sabbatical years – a total of 483 years) after the decree was given to rebuild Jerusalem, which at that time lay in ruins after Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, had destroyed it.

Such a decree was given later by the Persian emperor. Although the exact date of the decree is somewhat uncertain, the termination date of the prophecy must have been some time in the first century A.D. In fact, it must have been before the destruction of the city and the temple by the Romans in A.D. 70, because the prophecy said quite explicitly: “After (the 483 years) shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself; and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary” (Daniel 9:26). Not only must Messiah come before this destruction, but He was also to be“cut off,” rejected and killed, before it came.

It is obvious that no one but Jesus could have fulfilled these prophecies. The prophecies absolutely preclude any still future Messiah, except that even that hope also will find its fulfillment in the second coming of Christ.

And then, of course, there are still hundreds of other prophecies, all of which were fulfilled by Jesus Christ: His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14); His birth in Bethlehem (Micah 5:2); His sacrificial death (Isaiah 53:5); His crucifixion (Psalm 22:14-18); His bodily resurrection (Psalm 16:10); and many others. All of these unite in their witness that “Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God” (John 20:31).

The probability that hundreds of such specific predictions, each quite independent of the others, could all be fulfilled concurrently in one individual, is unlikely in the highest degree, especially in view of the miraculous nature of many of them (e.g., the virgin birth, the resurrection, etc.). No rational conclusion seems possible except that Jesus is all He claims – Messiah, Savior, Lord and God.
